Remove dynamic style sheet from Child Theme

Hello, I am using a few different child themes for the High end theme on a multisite. I am noticing the dynamic style css is interfering with spacing and colors with my child theme. Can you tell me how to disable it with my child theme as I see no where in the Child Theme/Functions.php to disable it?
