Remove Comment Function from HOMEPAGE and HB Image Boxes

My website http://www.korpungun.com has the Aagaeus theme installed, and I am building the homepage with the theme by creating a new Page. The difficulty that I am having is how to remove the comment function from my new homepage (as you may see the screenshot in the attached). Anyone could please help educate me?

Also, my HB Image Boxes display the subtitle appear although I removed the subtitle from the shortcode (as you may see it in the attached as well). Anyone could also please educate me how to remove the subtitle here?
