Reinstall Highend Theme in another website

Hi. I just want to ask you about the Highend Theme I purchased some years ago.
I installed it in a website, however, that website is not running any more and I want to ask you if it is posible to reinstall this Highend Theme in another website administered by another hosting company (my website was initially hosted before in Netfirms, Inc and I am now with GoDaddy running another domain that belongs to me).
