reinstall demo files

Hi,
I am a newbie and screwed up big time. I would like to reinstall the demo files but when I followed the instructions for resetting the database it locked me out and I had to get support from my host provider. My problem seems to be related to just the home page where I deleted a lot of the information. I don’t know where to go to get the code for that page in the files. I assume if I had the code I could paste it into the page and that would fix my problem. Can I get it emailed to me? If this won’t work, can I get someone to reinstall the demo files for me? I lost the only page I had created so I am good with reinstalling the files. Thanks so much for any thing you can do to help me out.
