Reduce Text Width in Row

Hello

I have created a full width row with a background image. Although I have adjusted the colour of the text, some of the text is not visible on the far right of the row because it is being lost in the image.

I would therefore like the text to cover only two thirds of the row instead of the full width of the row. Would that be possible?
