Reduce padding

I need to reduce the empty space between the title and the first line. THe site is https://buysellmonmouth.com
Between the words “Search For Your New Home in Monmouth County” and the search bar which says “City,Postal Code, Address etc. is a lot of wasted vertical real estate. Please tell me how to reduce that space. I think it’s a padding issue but when I go into “Editor” and try to change the page freezes up.
