Reactivation key

I purchased HighEnd two years ago. The customer didn’t want to pay for the annual reactivation key until this June, meaning Highend and WP Bakery haven’t had any updates, and the it has been deactivated. I now have the key, but cannot find where to reactivate the theme. It’s hosted through JustHost. I was on the phone with Mojo Marketplace for 45 minutes on Monday and they too, were unable to find it. WP Bakery is the only place where it states it needs an activation key, however it wants me to create an account, but the Mojo rep recommended me not to do this. At this point I have absolutely no idea how to get it reactivated. Sure would appreciate some guidance. Thanks.
