re demo content

i imported the demo content as i was hoping to use the background videos etc and create new text on them but i have not found a way to customize the demo content or stop the header where for example you hover your mouse over home and all the examples come up as it did when i was looking to buy it
is there a video or information that tells me how i can stop that happening and to customize the text over the videos or do i need to pay you to customize it for me
