Quick Contact box Setting

Hello,

Is anyone still willing to help me out in changing the setting for the quick contact box? I have already tried the theme file and database file code addition/replacement, without any change.

I need help specifically with adding more fields to the popup window, e.g., phone, and subject. I would also like to increase the font size of the envelope. I already know and have been able to increase the size of the surrounding background.
