Query Builder in Posts Grid Not Working

Hello,
I am attempting to use the posts grid to display certain products from Woocommerce on my website. Using the query builder, I type in product tags, however they do not save. I have attached a photo showing the “searching” circle that appears for temporarily but after I toggle another text box, the text I typed disappears.

Also, I would like to know if I can format the title or the Widgets title.
