PRODUCT IMAGE ISSUE WITH WOO COMMERCE INSIDE OF HIGHEND

PLEASE HELP! I just migrated my site (that is underdevelopment to High End)
The product catalog images & single page page images are to big and make my photos blurry. (also the product thumbnails are not the correct size of : 180 X 180 ( they are bigger) I regenerated the thumbnails and the size did not change. When I previewed the high end theme ( before I installed it) my product catalog images and single product images were the correct size of: 300 X300 for catalog images
600 X 600 for Single product images and 180x 180 for product thumbnails. The issue is that High End OVER RIDES the WOO SETTINGS! MY WOO SETTINGS ARE: Catalog Images: 330 X300 but they appear on the site as: 527.61 X 527.61 ( see attached screen shot)
HOW CAN THIS ISSUE BE RESOLVED SO MY IMAGES ARE THE BELOW CORRECT SIZES:
300 X300 for catalog images
600 X 600 for Single product images
180x 180 for product thumbnails
I tried coding but that caused the catalog images spacing to be off and the product pries and product text did not line up correctly. ( see attached screen shot)
PLEASE HELP AS I AM VERY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET.
