Problems with image banner

Hi, i hope everything is going well. I contact you because i have a problem with the image banner. I realised that when i open it in a movile or tablet, the text and the image go separetly. I leave you some examples of what i’m triyng to explain.

I attach you also a screenshot of the flipboxes, beacuse they both do well the responsive, text and image, and is how i want to put the image banner.
