Problem with WPBakery Plugin

I have purchased your theme, and i have a problem with one of the plugin that came along the Highend Theme called WPBakery. There are issues with the indent of texts, as you can see bullet points are indented towards the left. I checked with WPBakery and they said that since the plugin came with the theme, they can not help me and i should directly ask the theme author. I have attached the screenshot of the indent problem that i am facing. Looking forward to your quick response.
