Problem with special header

Hello dear friends:
Today we move the new web from the Test Subdomain to the root directory, all our pages are made with special header, in the subdomain all was ok but in the root sometimes we can see al pages perfect and sometimes without the special header. Any idea about what can be? The same with the contact form, sometimes is perfect, sometimes no.
