Problem Using WP Fluent Forms plugin with Highend

I seem to have a problem with the Date & Time fields.. When I select either field ,the calendar or the time, the selection fields display way down at the bottom of the form. They should display at the selected field. This problem is far worse when using the form on a cell phone. Why does this only happen with the Highend Theme? I’m using highend on many websites and it’s happens on all of them but not with any other theme, so it leads me to beleive that this is something going on with Highend that is causing the issue. I consulted with the Fluent form developers and thety insist it’s the highend theme because it works with evey other theme we have tested. I Really need to make this work so I can launch my website. Please take a look and see if you can resolve this issue.
