Problem display widget icons in top header bar

I had enabled the top header bar, selected 3 widgets (map, email and wpml) and for 3 weeks they worked just fine. When I started working on a revolution slider on the home page yesterday for some reason the widget icons disappeared and now I get the letter “m” instead of the map icon and a square for the email and language selector… (you can see what I mean here: http://www.elitor.be). I have tried everything to fix it but nothing helps. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?
