Pre-footer Callout Issue

Hello my name is Jamil. Hope all is going well with you this weekend. My issue is this:

On my website, using the highend theme, under highend settings, layout settings, pre-footer callout, I created a button for people to view my disclaimers, terms, and privacy policy.

This button works perfectly on desktop/laptops, however, I just noticed that the button doesn’t appear at all on mobile phones or tablet devices.

This is a problem that I need to fix ASAP.

I went to “edit with visual composer” and under the mobile and tablet versions it confirms that my button disappears on those devices, but I don’t see a way to fix this.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.
