Pre-Footer Button

Hi,

Currently, the text in the button is white, the background is my accent color (when not hovering) or black (when hovering).

Can I make the text black when not hovering, but white when hovering? My accent color is yellow, so the white text is hard to see. BUT, I still want the text to be white on black background when hovering over it.
