Post location and breadcrumbs

I have two related questions:

1. my posts have this URL formating: wwww.sixQsoftoware.com/post_1 I want the post to be at http://sixqsoftware.com/blogs/360qblog/post_1

How do I change default location of a post?

2. How can I add bread crumbs to my posts (after you go beyond the blog home page)? See this example (http://sixqsoftware.com/golf-study-communication-success/). There are no breadcrumbs. Perhaps, fixing #1 above will help allow me to make breadcrumbs on this page.
