Post Format Settings missing

Hey Guys,

my “Post Format Settings” in the post edit screen is not expanding.

I already tried deactivating all plugins. Nothing.
Also tried copying some fresh installation files in wp-content/themes/AegaeusWP but seems like I didn´t find the right folder. Where is this function located?

Additionally when entering the post edit screen the whole bar is showing only after deactivating and reactivating in options menu.

See also attached firebug screenshot. Strangely it´s shown as type=”hidden” although opened.
