Post date and graphic header – Aegaeus

Anyone here knows how to get rid of the encircled post date and line if I want to just do a post as if being a webpage ( so I can use .htm extension ). I don`t need the date or circle and line at the start of the post. I did find a code to remove the date, but not the graphic circle and line. HELP!
