Plugin updates won’t update

My other post is in limbo. Visual Composer, Slider Revolution and Essential Grid updates are available but will not update. I click them they start the process but when it’s done it still says update.

I have provide you privately with password and url. Been waiting for weeks now for a solution.

Please advise.
