Please help installing Highend theme full demo

Hi . hope you are fine. I bought highend theme which by the way I
think is the most beautiful in the market.
My host is IPAGE I tried importing the ONE CLICK full Demo but it
doesn’t work . keep getting a error message.
I already contacted Ipage and asked them to increase my memory to 128

and they said its done. I don’t know if its true.

Please help me!!!!!!!!
