Picture Alignment

I have some text and a picture. No problem with the text. However, I have tried several different ways and I can’t get the picture to align the way I want. I would like for the picture to be all the way to the right. Also, like no blue under the picture. The first way I tried I put the picture in as a background image for a row. This made the top and bottom perfect. However, the picture is in the center of row. Would like all the way to the right. The second way I tried I used columns. This put the picture in the approx spot. But left blue space on the right side and bottom which I don’t want. Any suggestions.
