Photo Gallery is not scrolling in the in modal window

Photo Gallery is not scrolling to the next photo in the in modal window. In addition when hovering over menu items, there is interference with the target area over the photos. I cannot get to some of the menu items in the drop down lists when the lists are over top the photos in the gallery.
