Performance is slow using High End

    I’ve tested by website on PageSpeed Insights and the performance is only 46. When I asked my hosting service why their analysis shows that there are render blocking resources. Specifically CSS and Javascripts they say are installed from the theme I use.

    How can these performance issues be corrected?
