Pending request to install themes.

Hello,

It would be nice to get a response soonest. We were hoping to present the website and its new highend theme to our team before the new year. We got a creativo theme and the response was within 5 hours.

Here we are pensive cos we do not know if we will get this done on time.

We got this theme cos it said free installation. Please help speed things up.
