Paragraph spacing following a bullet list

The first line of text of a paragraph following a bullet list in the Highend theme always immediately follows the paragraph…as if it’s just another line in the list.

I cannot seem to add paragraph spacing AFTER the bulleted list.

Was this built into the CSS?

I know nothing about CSS. I really need to get this to stop. Help.
