Paragraph spacing after a bullet list

Hello,
The first line of text following a bullet list has no paragraph spacing before it.
I see a similar question was asked before:
Paragraph spacing following a bullet list
but no answer is shown.
The text looks correctly spaced in visual composer and if I use a different theme it works as well.
Tried doing this with CSS:

#main-wrapper .wpb_column .wpb_wrapper :not(.wpb_button):not(.wpb_content_element):last-child, 
#main-wrapper .wpb_column .wpb_wrapper>.vc-element:last-child>.wpb_content_element, 
#main-wrapper .wpb_column .wpb_wrapper>.vc-element:last-child>.wpb_row {padding-bottom:5px;}

It works but it causes problems with forms/buttons etc.
Is there a way to change the spacing?
