Page Title Missing from Page Posts

I am in the process of setting up this template on my site and can’t seem to find the Page Post Title on the page.

I haven’t enabled the special title of a page or anything but can’t find the setting in the theme options.

The page template is set to the “default” one and I had imported some of these pages from our old site.
