Page Templats

Hi,

I am using the Highend Theme and try to create a blog.

I am not very much experienced, but so far I managed until now when I tried to create new pages and edit the template.

The problem is: The page template section is not showing for none of the templates.
I have checked the options at the top right corner and the settings are checked.
I have disabled all plugins and the problem persists.

What else could be wrong. Help is appreciated.
