Page formatting issues

Hi there,

Having some issues with formatting in the “about me” page of this theme.

1. The image I have next to the block of text (my headshot, and bio) gets cut off in certain screen sizes. Can’t seem to find a solution to make it responsive and include my full picture.

2. For the team member section, needed the image blocks with the team members to be centered rather than to the left as pictured.
