One Page iPage Support

Hello, I’m trying to create a one page website through WP and iPage. I was unable to install the Demo and so continued working on the site myself. Now I’m trying to set up one page scroll and have a continuous background image throughout. I also am trying to incorporate a three column “who we are” section into that and a contact us at the bottom of each page.
If you could help me because I’m not sure if I use the WP site builder or the Highend editors because nothing seems to be working.
