Offset effect on the main page

Yo, tech wizards!

I need your help to add some spices to my website. I’m trying to create an offset effect, but it’s not working out so well.

I tried using the offset positioning on the Row Settings, but the Icon Feature section is playing hide and seek with the Revolution Slider on the Featured Section. 🙂
