Not the wished behavior of responsive design

Hello support,

Im wondering how can I change the parameters of the responsive desing so I can get the same visualization in all screen sizes.

For my two laptops of 11″ and 13″ Im getting the view that I liked, but when the screen goes bigger the view is not acting like responsive design. The specific problem is that in bigger screens the sections are to small for the screen size as you can see in the attached image.

Please let me now if there is anyway to make it act like responsive in percent % and not a maximun size in px.
