Not receiving emails sent through website

Hi. I’ve tested the contact-fullwidth form I’m using through the theme and I’m not getting the emails, through I am getting the successful message sent in the green box. Not sure what I need to do to correct this. I’ve been through it as best as I could on my own. Also, I want to be sure it’s going to a new emails address I’ve set up specifically for this.
