Not hearing from you about some tickets

    Hi, there,

    I have some tickets open for Highend WP Themes. Some have four-day “freshness” but I have not heard anything from the support team. I would like to double check with you to make sure you have received the tickets on your end. Could you kindly let me know how many open tickets you can see under my name?
