Not a happy customer

    I purchased the Highend theme because it was said to be easy to install and have ‘drag and drop’ capabilities. I am, however, having significant difficulty with customization of my own site. I spent the additional money to have the theme installed, which actually seemed unnecessary. Nonetheless, I was hoping for more ease of use based on the description of the theme. In addition, I have a flag saying that I do not have my Visual Composer plugin installed but when I attempt to install it, I am immediately taken to a page that says ‘Forbidden.’ I would like to request a refund and will be seeking an alternate theme for my site.

    And question, why am I now seeing that installation is Free? I just paid $49 for installation after paying for my theme. I only purchased the theme two days ago….
