Non-sticky header height issue

    In ‘Header Layout’ options I’ve set the ‘Header Height’ as well as ‘Sticky Header Height’ to 100px. With the Sticky header switched on, the header is indeed a 100px (101, close enough). With the Sticky header switched off it drops to 81px as if it falls back to the recommended (default?) 80px.
