No Widgets on Right Side (Highend WP Theme)

Before I switched over to the Highend WP theme I saw my website in a preview. The preview was exactly the way I want it to look. Unfortunately, when I published the right sidebar is blank. There’s supposed to be a email subscription signup, and below it, a link to my Goodreads page. If you go on the website, you can see it’s clearly not there. It’s also missing in the mobile.

Can someone give step-by-step instructions on how I can display those widgets?
