No luck using the Demo Importer

I installed the High End theme with no issues.

But when I ran the Demo Importer, it appears to start but nothing happens. So I tried it again after resetting the database. Nothing. I even waited 12 hours to see if something would happen. Still nothing.

All i get is this in the address bar:
