No hover effect on Main navigation

Dear highend team,

my accent color is blue. In navigation I just changed the background, border color but now if you hover about navigation the color does not change to blue as it should. Also if I change to default colors I don’t get the hover effect. In color navigtion bar it says that accent color will be used as link hover color. In footer I also have a navigation point and there it works it changes to blue while hovering about navigation point. Before changing the colors it also worked with theme standard colors. What can be the issue?
