‘No active slide is found’

Hi there!

Whenever I try to create a new slider or duplicate an existing slider inside Slider Revolution, it won’t show the slides. Just a blank grey block or sometimes a message says “No active slide is found”

The current plugin version is installed and system requirement check ok, so we are not sure how to fix this. Can you please help? The details are in a private reply.
