New User – Virtual Composer Not Working

I am a new user and having the same problem. The visual composer has never properly worked. When I click the link I get a blank white page. I purchased this product to build and manage my own page. Not to pay extra for a customization service. I have another wordpress blog that I use Pro Photo with. I’ve never had any of these issues before. Do you have phone support or live chat? I never would have purchased your product if you didn’t have adequate support. Please help
