New license key later removed

Greetings!

Over the past months since the new license key system went into effect, I’ve had an issue where the newly bought license keys would be removed from the theme and thus rendering the theme unable to update.

I had resolved one of those instances by deactivating that license then reactivating it on the same site (which is pretty silly to have to do).

However, I also purchased a 5-site pack and can’t access the activation management portion to deactivate/reactivate for another site, so I’ve now used another activation (needlessly) to keep the theme operable. I haven’t yet checked the other sites for which I’m responsible to see if they’re also affected.

How do I/we resolve this problem of sudden deactivation requiring back office management to reactivate?
