Need a header image without the page title

I really need the header image without the page title showing. I see the options: Hide Page Title, Page Title with Simple Background Color, and Page Title with Background Image. I need Background Image with No Page Title.

Also, I do not need a menu on my home page, so I opted to have it not show. Due to the restrictions on the menu location, I decided to have an image across the top, a separate row of text below the image with links to my pages, and a slider below the text links. The page links only work when I move them to the bottom of the page. However, when I move them back up between the image and slider, they do not work. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
