Navigational arrows running over text

Hello, not sure if this is something that you can help me with, but thought I would check anyway. I’m using a calendar plugin with Aegaeus (DP Events Calendar). When I try to view the calendar on a smartphone the navigational arrows run into the month name. Do you know how I can fix this?
