Navigation problem

Hi again. I’ve noticed on both of my sites that when I’m on the home page and try to click to older posts than those showing on the home page (ie click on the number or arrow at the bottom of the page) instead of taking me to the next page of older posts, it takes me back to the top of the home page (ie the latest post). Why is this? and how do I fix that?
