Navigation Menu Not Visable in Mobile Browser

    Hi,

    Ever since I updated to Highend version 1.4, the navigation bar on the mobile version has gone missing. I hoped after seeing the update today to 1.4.2 that it would be fixed but it has not. You can visit my site on a smartphone and see for yourself that the navigation bar never appears. My site is pushpullcardio.com
