Navigation header and sticky header questions

I have a question. I am building a website with the highend theme.

1: Is it possible that the navigation header is not visible when you open the website? And when you scroll down the sticky header appears?

2:1: Is it possible that the navigation header is not on the top of the website but for example under the first row? And when you pass this point the sticky header appears?
